I have a desk job so this involves sitting down all day everyday. In 2009 I took a long hard look in the mirror and wanted to change my body and life style. I started going to the gym and working really hard to turn things around, it took me a while to lose some fat and build some muscle and although I was happy with my new physique I still wanted to take it further. 

I realised that my new training regime wouldn't help me achieve the results I wanted without a healthy diet too. I began to research about diet and nutrition online and stumbled across a supplement website called Op Massive Supplements. There I found information about diets, nutrition and sports supplementation.

I contacted the team at Op Massive Supplements and asked them to help me choose some supplements that would help me achieve my weight loss and fitness goals.
