I am currently serving in the British Army, and have been since 2007. During my military career I have realised how important it is to be physically and mentally fit, I quickly realised that the key to this was quality nutrition.

I had previously seen Op Massive Supplements in various Military magazines such as Soldier Mag and RAF Active. Op Massive Supplements had also sponsored various military events such as the British Forces Germany Strong man competition and the Combined services Ice Hockey team. It was only Whilst on operational tour I met the owner of Op Massive Supplements and discovered that the Op Massive Team was made up of serving soldiers and airmen.

I was impressed at choice of supplements available on the Op Massive website and was shocked that serving military personnel manage to run such a service despite being full time members of the Armed Forces!

I was approached by the Owner of Op Massive supplements during a gym session at Kandahar Air Base, I was asked if I would be interested in modeling the newly launched Op Massive Gym Wear clothing range, I was honoured to be part of Op Massive team, and have since relied on the Op Massive team to advise me on the correct sports nutrition products to help me achieve my fitness goals both whilst on operational tour in Afghanistan and when I returned to the UK.

During the last year my interest in fitness and exercise has increased dramatically, so much so that it has inspired me to change career, I am now due to leave the army in April 2012, when I hope to start a new career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.

I am hoping that this change of career and support from the Op Massive team is going to help me to achieve my lifetime ambition to compete in the British National Bodybuilding Federation towards the end of next year.
