Clean Press Challenge

This Challenge involves an exercise called "Clean and Press" which is an Olympic weightlifting compound exercise. There are 4 different levels to try depending on your strength :

 Choose your level: 
  • Naughty Forty - Olympic barbell (20kg) with 2 x 10kg plates = Total of 40kg
  • Nifty Fifty - Olympic barbell (20kg) with 2 x 15kg plates = Total of 50kg
  • Savage Sixty - Olympic barbell (20kg) with 2 x 20kg plates = Total of 60kg
  • Superhuman Seventy - Olympic barbell (20kg) with 2 x 25kg plates (or equivalent weight) = Total of 70kg
 
The idea of this challenge is to perform 30 reps with your chosen weight and time it. The time starts when you pick up the bar before your first rep and the time stops when you have but the bar down after your last rep.
