Delivery & Returns

What delivery methods do you use?

All our items are dispatched via courier, this means your order is insured and can be tracked using its unique shipping number.

 

How long will my items take to be delivered?

Most orders are dispatched via courier the same  day providing your order is placed before 2pm and will be with you the next working day though ocassionally it can take 3 to 5 working days depending upon stock levels and the size of the order.

All orders must be made by 2pm to ensure dispatch that day. This is to ensure they are picked and packaged in time for our courier pick-up in the afternoon.

We do not post items out over the weekend and our courier does not work on a Saturday.

 

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can check the progress of your package by clicking this link here.

 

Can I have my order sent to my work address?

Yes, you can have your order sent to your work address and many of our customers take advantage of this. Please enter your delivery details at checkout.

 

How much is P&P?

Post and packaging to anywhere in the UK and ALL BFPO addresses is FREE on all orders. Besides our BFPO customers, we do not post Internationally.

 

Do you deliver free to BFPO?

Delivery to any BFPO address is free but orders must be from the dedicated BFPO section.

 

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, all our items must be signed for. We cannot leave items behind the bin, so please do not ask.

 

What do you do about returns?

We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and pleased with our service. We will take back any faulty goods and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. Please ensure goods are returned within 7 days via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record.

Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you've opened it up, had a few tries and don't like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsellable.

What if my item is damaged in the post?

Please let us know within 24 hours of any breakages. We will arrange a new duplicate order to be sent to you as soon as possible and get our courier to collect the damaged parcel from yourself.
