Op Massive welcome the newest member of the team - Alex Alderton!

Jack Marshall was just 4 years old when in November 2009 he was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour called Medulloblastoma. Jack survived a crippling 10 hour operation to remove the main tumour, but the disease had already spread around the rest of his brain and down his spine. Soon it had invaded his brain stem and was causing seizures and breathing difficulties. Jack underwent multiple operations, chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions in a bid to remove the spreading disease. Unfortunately after nearly 2 years battling the cancer, Jack passed away on 11th October 2011. This calendar was lovingly made in memory of Jack by his friends at Grenade after the success of the 2011 Jack Marshall calendar. The Jack Marshall Brain Tumour Fund was created by Jacks parents to help raise awareness of brain tumours in young people in our communities.

Op Massive with the MMA Fight Club at Kandahar Airfield (KAF), Afghanistan.

Our Managing Director, currently on tour with the British Army in Afghanistan took a look around the facilities in Kandahar Airfield in August 2011. If you are across there, you should go and get involved and train with the MMA Fight Club in the Canadian Gym - no excuses!
