Op Massive Supplements and Grenade Thermo Detonator would like to congratulate Adam Bates for his effort during the McCain Yorkshire Coast 10 Km race in Scarborough on 30/10/2011. Not content with just competing, Adam decided that he would make it more interesting by running the entire race with a washing machine strapped to his back! 

After the event, Adam said;

The race went well, completed the run in 1:22:18, quite a bit off the
winning time, but still not too bad considering I was probably carrying
close to the winners weight on my back!  I nearly didn't make it when one of the
straps on my army issue Burgan snapped, but after making a temporary fix, which
cost me a few extra minutes, thankfully it held up OK.

BA(G) Strongest Man 2011

Clash of the Titans BA(G)'s Strongest Man Competition took place on the weekend of the 26th and 27th March 2011 at Athlone Barracks, Sennelager, Germany.

The event was open to 3 different weight categories under 90kgs, under 105kgs and over 105kgs to ensure a level playing field between smaller and larger competitors.
